The Founders
Stephanie Cartin is an accomplished entrepreneur who embarked on her entrepreneurial journey at a young age. In 2012, she made the bold decision to leave her corporate career and establish Socialfly, an influential social-first digital and influencer marketing agency located in New York City. Over a span of eight years, Socialfly has achieved remarkable success and has been honored as one of Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing private companies for two consecutive years.
Stephanie’s expertise in leveraging social media to grow businesses led her to co-author the book “Like, Love, Follow: The Entreprenista’s Guide to Using Social Media To Grow Your Business.” This publication serves as a valuable resource for entrepreneurs seeking to harness the power of social media for business growth. In addition, Stephanie co-hosts the Entreprenista Podcast, providing insights, advice, and inspiration to aspiring and established entrepreneurs.
Stephanie’s accomplishments have garnered attention from various media outlets and organizations. Courtney Spritzer is the Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Socialfly, plays a crucial role in overseeing operations, strategy, and finance. With a focus on Fashion, Beauty, and Hospitality, Socialfly is a prominent social media marketing and influencer agency. Since 2011, Courtney has crafted strategic social media plans and executed successful campaigns for a diverse client base of over 200 brands. Notable clients include John Varvatos, NEST Fragrances, The Palm Restaurants, Michael C Fina, FullBeauty Brands, Huntington Learning Center, and Modell’s.
Outside of Socialfly, Courtney is a dynamic entrepreneur involved in various ventures. She is the Co-Founder of Startups in Stilettos, a networking group dedicated to female entrepreneurs in NYC. Courtney is also a Co-Author of the book “Like, Love, Follow: The Entreprenista’s Guide to Using Social Media To Grow Your Business” and co-hosts the Entreprenista Podcast.
Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, Courtney gained valuable experience as a Financial Analyst at American Express and a Bond Underwriter at Hanover Insurance Group. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Business Studies from New York University.
