If a partner fails to deliver, we are not liable but will follow up and ban them from future promotions and associations. In the event a partner goes out of business or cannot fulfill their commitment, we will make an announcement on the platforms where the giveaway was featured to keep participants informed and transparent. We will also try to offer an alternative prize from our stock, if available.
