Women in Business Awards

The Women in Business Awards provide an invaluable platform for female entrepreneurs, leaders, achievers, innovators and creators to be recognised and honoured.

Created to distinguish inspirational women who have achieved success and set the bar higher within their fields, the Women in Business Awards are held across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and The Downs Region to recognise outstanding women.

The Women in Business Awards are held annually, with citizens and prominent members of the community encouraged to nominate women they feel have made a positively impactful and lasting change in their field or throughout the community.

With categories open to high school students as well as community service awards and the premier ‘Women in Business of the Year Award’, the event aims to give women of all ages and experience an opportunity to be recognised for their excellence.

The event seeks out successful and talented achievers and visionaries that are going out of their way to make a difference across the Brisbane, Gold Coast and The Downs Region, hoping to further inspire future generations as well as their local communities.

With prominent Award Ambassadors such as the CEO of cosmeceutical skincare brand Alpha-H, Michelle Doherty, the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Pathways and Partnerships at Bond University Catherine O’Sullivan as well as the first female Mayor for Logan City and councillor for almost 20 years, Pam Parker.

These prestigious Awards recognise and honour exceptional women making a difference across Queensland.
